The Bruntsfield, named after its local neighbourhood and from where the boutique hotel takes its inspiration opens this month (January 2022).

Under new ownership, the independent hotel has undergone a complete refurbishment and whilst remaining true to its townhouse heritage the hotel presents a bright and welcoming vibe finished with considerate personal touches.

The 72-bedroom is hotel is conveniently located in the bustling Bruntsfield neighbourhood, known for its independent cafes, specialist food retailers, and boutiques, and is within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile and Princes Street Gardens. Bruntsfield Links, which the hotel and many guest rooms overlook, is 35 acres of open parkland which adjoins Bruntsfield Meadows and offers a green place for a relaxing stroll or a game on the short golf course.

‘The Neighbourhood l Kitchen – Bar – Garden’ is the hotel’s new bar and restaurant and offers guests a relaxed atmosphere, reminiscent of an elegant home, in which to dine; from breakfast through to evening meal, the menu includes a range of seasonal dishes also inspired by Scottish and local ingredients.

Enjoy pre-or post-dinner drinks at The Neighbourhood’s bar which serves a superb range of botanical cocktails. Meanwhile, the ‘secret’ garden, hidden beyond a foliage archway, leads to secluded, heated booths where guests can enjoy the fresh air while keeping warm.
