The largest of all three establishments, Maki and Ramen on Fountainbridge is the newest restaurant to the collection, specialising in Japanese cuisine. The menu is extensive and includes many traditional Japanese dishes as well as more contemporary options. The restaurant itself offers dinners the option to sit at the sushi bar, normal tables, or for an authentic Japanese experience, cross legged at low tables. Can’t decide from the variety of options? Try their Chef’s choice 12-course tasting menu with accompanying Sake, and sample a bit of everything! We have heard their homemade sesame mochi is great too.
