Kick start a healthy 2020 with lighter options at The Ivy on the Square

This January health is on the menu at The Ivy on the Square with a selection of delicious healthier and lighter dishes available from now until Spring.

As well as options on the à la carte and vegan/vegetarian menus, a duo of specials are also available until 28 January, including a miso glazed chicken salad (£13.95) and yellowfin tuna (£19.95).

Taste is not comprised with these healthier and lighter dishes with options including the avocado and tomato cocktail (£8.75) which exudes freshness with red pepper, lettuce and pomegranate dressed with a spicy harissa sauce.

For those who enjoy something more exotic, there’s a Jackfruit and peanut bang bang salad (£12.95) which is packed with flavour and includes chayote, Chinese leaf, mooli, crispy wonton, peanuts, sesame seeds and coriander.

The Tossed Asian salad (£7.50) is a warm salad of beansprouts, pak choi, watermelon, broccoli, cashew nuts, sesame and coriander with hoisin sauce.

A selection of healthier and lighter drinks are also available throughout the month of January including smoothies and coolers and low and no alcohol cocktails.

Berry fanatics will love the Green juice (£4.75) or the Mixed berry Smoothie whilst those with a sweeter tooth can opt for The Ivy home-made Ginger Beer (£4.75) or Peach & Elderflower Iced Tea (£4.50).

Dry January enthusiasts can enjoy some no alcohol cocktails including the Nogroni (£5.95) and Note Worthy Julep (£5.95), however for those happy to break their resolutions without the guilt there is a Temperance G&T (£8.75) and a Clean Clover Club (£7.50).
