Itsu Now Open In The St James Quarter

Itsu the Asianinspired restaurant has opened its first Scottish store in March with three more to follow in Scotland. 

The new restaurant offers a menu of 52 dishes ranging from – sushi, dumplings, bao, hot noodles & rice bowls which are made throughout the day.

Itsu stick to simple rules: every itsu must have its own kitchen, making nutritious dishes that are steamed [never fried] and made on the spot, with responsibly sourced ingredients. Most of itsus Asianinspired menu is under 500 [good] calories and packed with vitamins, fibre & protein, a third is plantbased and the majority is under £7. 

The stunning new venue has both a counter and self-service stations to order from when you arrive, indoor dining ranges from benches looking out onto the entrance of the St James Quarter as well as tables for two and four in addition to a takeaway service. 

Itsu also offers a halfprice sale on all sushi and salad every day half an hour before closing to help cut down on food waste.
