Jen is a CIMSPA certified, highly experienced and knowledgeable personal trainer and uses this expertise to ensure long-lasting results for her clients, looking far beyond a client’s short-term goals. Working with Jen involves predominantly strength based sessions in her private studio or online on a one-to-one basis. Jen also runs online zoom classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am.
